Brief
Speculative development for re-sale – structural steelwork and cladding
The design
A typical design, manufacture and erection of a steel-framed building and cladding package. The building was constructed using Kingspan Metalcon Cold Rolled section purlins bolted to structural steelwork and clad with Ward Insulated Panel Roof System and twin skin built-up insulated vertical cladding. The twin skin cladding was primarily specified to expedite the weather proofing of the building for security and internal fit out works.

- CSCS Carded to prove occupation competence. CSCS's (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) main objectives are to 'get quality up, accidents down and cowboys out'.
